Why did I receive a credit/new invoice on my account?

Your billing account is automatically updated/adjusted when any of the following apply to your classes: canceling a class, changing your tuition plan, going on vacation, putting classes on hold, etc. For certain instances, a credit may be applied to your account or a new prorated invoice may be generated.
