How do I access my invoice to pay?
In your portal account, click on Billing in the menu. You will be able to see all invoices and their status (paid, unpaid). Click on View Invoice to access the invoice and make the payment.
You will also be sent an email with the invoice, so you can pay from the link on the email, as well.
How do I find my Invoice?
You can find all of your current and past invoices in your portal account. Click on My Account -> Billing You will see a list of your invoices (past and present). Click on View Invoice to open it and pay.
Why do I receive my invoice before the month?
Invoices are sent on a 4-week billing cycle, so if you had received an invoice on January 1st, for example, your next invoice will be sent 4 weeks later on January 29th.
Can I get one invoice for all my kids?
Invoices are sent individually per student. Our system does not allow for combining students's tuition onto one invoice. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
Can I pay after I try the classes?
